Between the dates of 11/30/09 and 1/15/10, several Bloomington/Normal car washes have been victims of thefts.  These thefts all appear to be related.  In each incident, the bill changer machines were tampered with and money was stolen.  These thefts have results in a loss of several hundred dollars.  Below are surveillance photos of two suspects and vehicles used in these thefts.  One vehicle appears to be a late model Oldsmobile.  The second vehicle appears to be a 2008-2010 Toyota Corolla that is green or teal in color.

The above suspect is wanted for using another person`s debit card withoout permission at Kappa Kabana on the evening of 1/22/10 and early morning of 1/23/10.

This is a suspect in a credit card fraud from 11/20/2009, occurring at or near 2100 hours.  The suspect is a white male, heavy set, wearing a black barn jacket and a white and blue Dallas Cowboys (fitted) hat.  He is wearing glasses and has a goat-tee. It is suspected that the card was dropped in the parking lot of the Pub II, Normal.  This video is from Wal Mart.  Suspect also used the stolen card at Border’s.

An attempt kidnapping occurred around 10:40 PM in the 500 Block of South Fell Avenue, Normal, on November 9, 2009. The suspect is described as:

White male, late 20s to early 30s, approximately 6’00” and 180-200 lbs with a dark colored goatee.

On 7/17/09 the above pictured suspect entered Wal-Mart located at 300 Greenbriar, Normal, and removed a wallet from another shopper. The suspect then left the area in white minivan, un-known make/model. The victim’s credit cards were later used to make purchases.

On 6/8/09 2 individuals entered Wal-Mart located at 300 Greenbriar, Normal, and removed money from multiple gaming and change machines belonging to Coinstar Entertainment. The suspects, a white female and a white male, then left the area in a red over silver Dodge Ram single cab pickup truck.

On 06-14-2009 at approx. 11:15 hours Bloomington Police responded to the National Guard Armory at 1616 S. Main for a report of Criminal Damage to Vehicle.  Upon arrival, officers met with the victim, an Army Recruiting Sgt, who reported that sometime between 1500 hours on 06-12-2009 and 1115 hours on 06-14-2009, an unknown person/persons caused several thousand dollars of damage to his black 2000 Dodge Ram 1500 pickup truck.  The the following damage was reported:

Front Drivers side head light broken
Front Passenger side headlight broken (punctured by a sharp object)
Bumper and front passenger side quarter panel were scratched deeply and punctured
Passenger rear door handle broken
Passenger rear quarter panel words engraved "FUCK DA ARMY"
Passenger rear quarter panel punctured by sharp object
Rear passenger taillight broken
Tailgate scratched.

Normal Police Department is asking for your help in locating two persons suspected of committing a retail theft at Meijer last Saturday evening.

On 5/2/09 at approximately 10:45pm, two black male suspects stole bottles of liquor from the Meijer store in Normal.  One suspect was wearing a white t-shirt, the other a grey hoodie with a design printed on it.
